While I was working on my research in lab this evening, I started to think how my career would be in the future...Like what I am doing now? Spending most of the time in the lab, repeating the same procedures hour by hour? Or I will be inspecting the food manufacturing processes? Or to give advises to clients? This final year project really make me to think deeply about my career in the future.
Food Scientist? Food Technologist? QA? QC? Nutritionist? Consultant? Which is my final decision? I so wanted to become a qualified, professional nutritionist, thus I choose to study Food Science & Nutrition in UCSI. After studying about food processing and food technology, it seems to be good too. How should I decide?...

Finished 3 assays and 1 replicate assay today, if things going smoothly as we expected it to be, we will finished our research within 2 months. I am full with hope...
