My day as a KELEFEI!

Alright, I mentioned about I went for a job yesterday in my previous post. Yeah, I went for a movie shooting yesterday. Found this job through Model Galaxies, listed there they wanted male and female to work on Friday as spectators for a competition, no dialogues are required. Thus, I applied and was accepted. No quality requirements for kelefei (extra roles) mah...haha! Later in the night, the person-in-charge asked me to invite any friends of mine who is interested, so I text Raymond, a blogger I met online. I think he would like to take it 'coz I read from his blog that he is participating in movie production and he was kelefei for others movie as well. Additional info, he has same surname as mine, and we actually wearing same 2-inch spec. What a coincidence! Beside that, he is good in blogging!

So, after yesterday, I finally understand that being a kelefei is about waiting, we were there since 930am, waiting for person-in-charge, waiting for our turn, waiting for scene set-up, repeating for NG...just WAIT! We were there since 930am and finished at nearly 9pm, and our part is only like 1 hour. Maybe not every shooting job is like this, it might just be the problem of the company or what, I do not know as this is my first job as a kelefei.

One thing great is I thought I would be a spectator for a competition, but ended up I was choosen to be a contestant! WHAT!? Contestant? ME? Okay, it is about 3 teams compete in a 'coffee new taste competition', and I partner with another guy represent a cafe to compete in this competition. To be say that, my face will be broadcast through TV to the whole nation...Oh My Goodness!

Oh ya, I met some of the 'stars' during shooting time, just overheard they are Duncan, Raymond, 黄俊源，郭晓微，and the guy hosting 'Ho Chiak' etc...pardon me as I am not into idol thingy, so I hardly know their name. Movie name is 'A cup of Love' or 咖啡恋人馆 in mandarin, will be aired in July in 8TV (if not mistaken), is somehow like Korean series name 'Prince coffee', talking about life, love, family between these young men and ladies.

My first experience as a kelefei, not bad through, at least I know it is really not an easy job! Looking forward to see me on TV..wuahaha! Stay tuned to 'A cup of love' ep 14, my face on TV...unbeliable... =D
