Right or wrong?

Update from my working life. Three of us from audit department had been terminated by company this morning, given reason was we questioning something that we should not be doing. In my mind was actually what had I asked?

I have to talk from beginning again. We went to company as usual, hoping for the best solution, though both of us hope that we could just end there. As usual, we punched in, we waited for Ms Jane to ask about solution, but she haven't have one yet. She asked us to wait in office.

After that, we were call into office to see Jessie after she talked to our supervisor Kak Ila. She started by asking us, why do you still talk to Kak Ila after our talk yesterday. I was like...huh? I did not talk to Kak Ila after that. And finally I found out it is about the message I sent to Kak Ila. I really don't understand what does she fuss about? That is just a personal message I send to Kak, to apologize if we put them into trouble, and caused them scolded by Jessie. Jessie just don't understand, and said we creating trouble. Alright, fine!

Then she said they don't have the obligation to take us, we are there suppose to learn..I admit that. We are prepared to learn as well sincerely. So, what's the problem?

Another thing I really pissed was she said we should know our position well, we should not question about company system, and this related to that training day. She said we question about the existence of QC department. I was again like HUH? I told her, I think there is some mis-understanding. I did not question about the existence of QC, I was just asking if there is any QC inspector who will did the inspecting job in outlet? Were I asking the wrong thing? I am a food science student, this is all I learn in school, this is all question that I had in my mind. Or you expected me to ask what is your daily sales? This is such ridiculous!!

After that, she said, our company could not keep you as intern, so I decided to terminate your intern, three of you, immediately, you all can actually go back home now. I was like..alright, good!

When we were back into our office, Kak Ila told us she told Jessie about the message thing is because she wanted to help us see whether if we could transfer to processing line. But she never expect will bring in disaster. And from Kak Ila, I knew that Jessie told her, we told Jessie that new staff do nothing in office. When i head that, I was like WTF?! This is not what I told her! What I told was she is a kind lady who help us a lot! She just like to twisted all the sentence we made. Such f**king bitch!

So, we had talked to CECS officer, and latest update, Dr Chan agreed to let us find another job. Alright, here end the story. This is a very good life experience though. We were taught not to question when we were young, in family, in school, now in work. Just keep your doubt, don't question! If not, you are creating a disaster! LOL
